Job Overview

We are seeking a Convenience Store Manager to lead our retail operation. In this role, you will oversee daily store activities and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a motivated and high-performing staff capable of delivering outstanding service.
- Manage merchandising efforts by organizing product displays, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales potential.
- Oversee purchasing and inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
- Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) system operation, payroll processing, and bookkeeping to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety,



and company policies while fostering a positive store environment that encourages teamwork and communication.

Requirements

- Proven supervisory or management experience within retail sales or convenience store environments.
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and sales management.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and record keeping.
