We are seeking a passionate and skilled Seasonal Cook to join our culinary team for the to finish off our season and grow with us next season. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing and executing a diverse menu that is seasonally inspired and locally sourced, working closely with our chefs and kitchen team to ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare menu items with precision and creativity, following recipes and plating guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
- Assist in managing inventory and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Collaborate with the Chef to create specials & new dishes that align with the seasonal menu.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:




- Culinary training is preferred but not required. We will consider candidates with relevant work experience in lieu of formal education.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus.
- Passion for food, wine, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a small team, dynamic and collaborative kitchen environment.
- Must be flexible, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
