- Prepare and cook Mazesoba, ramen, rice dishes, appetizers, and other menu items
- Prepare ingredients and toppings for daily service
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Set up and maintain kitchen workstations
- Ensure food is prepared quickly and consistently
- Monitor food quality and storage temperatures
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and organized
- Wash and sanitize utensils and equipment as required
- Receive and properly store food deliveries
- Restock ingredients and supplies during service
- Complete opening and closing kitchen duties
- Work efficiently with other team members during busy periods
Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
