About Us The Clubhouse - Gateway Golf Ltd. is a restaurant located at North Bay's premier indoor golf simulator destination. We pride ourselves on serving quality food in a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Cook who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing great food.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Complete daily food preparation and prep lists
- Ensure food is presented consistently and professionally
- Follow proper food handling, portioning, and storage procedures
- Open and close the kitchen following established procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving stock
- Rotate inventory using FIFO practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Wash dishes and assist with general kitchen cleaning when required
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Follow all Health Unit and food safety regulations
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service
- Assist with daily features, specials, and menu development




- Perform other kitchen duties as required

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a cook is required
- Culinary diploma or equivalent experience is considered an asset
- Food Handler Certification is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
