Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CPA Manager to oversee and coordinate our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial activities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in accounting software and financial management, with a strong focus on maintaining accurate financial records and leading audit processes. Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily accounting functions, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Oversee account reconciliation processes, including bank reconciliation and account analysis.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support organizational goals.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies through regular auditing procedures.

- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other financial tools to maintain accurate records.

- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely payments in accordance with company policies.





- Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and implement corrective actions.

- Prepare financial reports for management review and support external audits as needed.

- Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency within the finance department.

Experience

- Proven experience as a CPA or in a senior accounting management role with a strong background in corporate finance.

- Extensive knowledge of accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other relevant platforms.

- Demonstrated expertise in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis.

- Experience managing payroll systems and conducting auditing procedures.

- Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance standards.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively and foster professional development. This position is integral to maintaining the integrity of our financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial management.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
