Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items according to Pita Pit standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash, credit card transactions, and receipts.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing questions or concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality food preparation.




- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training!
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus; familiarity with cashiering is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, upselling, and restaurant operations.
