About the Role

Every client relationship starts somewhere.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll often be the first point of contact and the first impression of Sunny South Veterinary Services.

Whether you're welcoming a producer at the front counter, answering the phone or helping coordinate an order, you'll connect clients with the right people, products and information while ensuring every interaction is professional, accurate and responsive.

Every interaction sets the tone for the client's experience and helps build the trust that is at the heart of every relationship.

You'll work closely with our veterinarians, RVTs and operations team to ensure clients receive the support they need, when they need it.

This is a hands-on role in a busy agricultural environment where priorities change throughout the day. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized and being part of a team, you'll enjoy this role.





What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming and assisting clients in person and over the phone. Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Preparing orders for pickup, delivery or shipment. Receiving, stocking and organizing inventory. Supporting our retail and customer service operations. Working closely with veterinarians, RVTs and warehouse staff. Helping maintain a professional, organized and safe workplace.

Required
- High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills.

Considered an Asset
- Customer service, retail or administrative experience. Agriculture, livestock or veterinary experience. Experience using retail, inventory or point-of-sale systems.
