Tilray’s unprecedented platform supports over 40 brands in over 20 countries, including comprehensive cannabis offerings, hemp-based foods, and craft beverages.Status: This posting is for an Existing Opportunity.Salary Range : CAD $80,000 to $100,000 DOEJob Summary:Reporting to the Site Director, the Cultivation Manager leads cultivation activities and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role is accountable for improving operational effectiveness through active floor presence, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, and effective management of people and processes.Manage people, process, and equipment for cultivation activitiesProvide leadership, help build and motivate staff to achieve production targetsMotivate and lead a high-performance team. This includes the ability to attract, recruit, retain and develop highly talented and motivated individuals to help support business growthPrepare work schedules, assign specific duties as required,



and ensure assignments are effectively communicated to the teamEnsure that cultivation activities and finished product are compliant with both internal and regulated standardsFoster and drive a continuous improvement culture and make recommendations on changes to team structure, process, and equipmentPartner with Quality Assurance to improve workflow, identify, and correct process gaps effectively and swiftly.Establish, measure, and monitor cultivation related KPIs for communication to the Site Director by means of daily/weekly reports and dashboardingMonitor departmental performance against goals to ensure that progress is being made, and that corrective action is taken if necessaryDevelop and sustain an effective and efficient knowledge transfer capability within the facility in order to support broader Corporate objectivesEnsure the facility complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and, where appropriate, best practicesLead safety culture by ensuring all team members, processes, and equipment adhere to established and regulated OHS requirements.Perform other duties as may be required by managementQUALIFICATIONS2-5 years of progressive experience in operations, with experience in the agribusiness, perishable food, or beverage industry required. Cannabis product production and processing experience strongly preferred.Familiarity with batch records and cannabis cultivation requirementsStrong knowledge and understanding of Provincial and Federal Occupational Health and Safety RegulationsDemonstrated ability to instill a culture of high performance, accountability, and qualityDemonstrated interpersonal savvy and relationship management/networking skillsStrong ability to deal with ambiguity and manage through difficult situationsExcellent ability to delegate and can effect change through others without direct involvementStrong written and oral communication skillsExercises innovative tactics and encourages others to demonstrate creative approachesGENERALDemonstrates Company Values in relation to all aspects of the role (Creativity, Respect, Accountability, Fun, Teamwork)Participate in ongoing training as directed by ManagementDevelop,
