Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Assist customers in navigating our systems through data entry and account management tasks
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently.
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends, improve service quality, and suggest process improvements
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions,
comments, and complaints for future reference
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential!
- Strong communication skills in both English; Multi-Lingual ability is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify solutions effectively
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques to promote products confidently without being pushy
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices for engaging customers warmly and professionally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
