- Answer incoming calls and emails, and/or assist customers in-person
- Aid customers with inquiries about our products and services
- Create new customer accounts
- Take payments and manage customer billing
- Perform data entry
- ...other office related duties as required

Experience

- No experience necessary
- 2-3 years of previous call centre or customer service experience is ideal

JOB TYPE

- Full time, Permanent

Compensation

- $40,000 - $50,000
