Foothills Cleaners is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Okotoks. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and is looking for a long-term, permanent, part-time position with a company that values integrity, teamwork, and outstanding customer care.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring every garment is handled with care and attention to detail.

Schedule (26–30 Hours Per Week)

- Monday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:15 PM (Alternating Saturdays)

What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Process incoming orders and prepare invoices
- Receive payments and answer customer inquiries in person and by phone




- Assemble and package completed orders
- Operate basic commercial laundry equipment when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store
- Work with the team to ensure every customer receives outstanding service

- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
