- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure endpoint counts remain accurate for billing and licensing purposes.
- Verify that client backup solutions are functioning correctly and resolve or escalate any backup issues immediately.
- Prepare monthly security summaries outlining cyber threats detected, attacks prevented, vulnerabilities identified, and other key security metrics for use in client reporting and company newsletters.
- Respond quickly to cybersecurity incidents, alerts, and client support requests when required.
- Attend Microsoft Teams meetings with clients and internal staff as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all client work, installations, and support activities.
- Assist with continuous improvement of onboarding procedures and operational processes.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and priorities.
- Reliable, responsive, and committed to delivering excellent client service.
Preferred Experience
- Cybersecurity certifications (CompTIA Security+, CySA+, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar).
- Experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR), vulnerability management, backup platforms, and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience working in an MSP environment.
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who:
