We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Cycle Instructor to lead engaging cycling classes and promote a healthy, active lifestyle within our community. As a vital member of our LA Fitness team, you will motivate participants of all skill levels, deliver dynamic instruction, and foster a welcoming environment that encourages personal growth and fitness achievement. Responsibilities

- Lead group cycling classes with enthusiasm, ensuring participants stay motivated and engaged throughout each session
- Demonstrate proper cycling techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use to maximize participant safety and performance
- Adapt class formats to accommodate varying skill levels, fitness goals, and special needs of participants
- Provide clear, positive communication to encourage participant confidence and enjoyment during classes
- Monitor participant progress and offer personalized feedback or modifications as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized studio environment by setting up equipment before classes and tidying after sessions




- Foster a supportive community atmosphere that promotes inclusivity, teamwork, and sustained participation

Skills

- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or bilingual abilities is highly desirable for diverse participant engagement
- Proven teaching or instructing experience, particularly in fitness or cycling disciplines
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and motivate participants effectively
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming environment for all attendees
- Effective time management skills to organize classes efficiently and adhere to schedules
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence, encourage teamwork, and promote a positive class experience
- Ability to adapt instruction based on individual needs and skill levels while maintaining high energy levels throughout sessions
