As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our operations team.

Position Summary The Data Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate, secure, and reliable operational data across the company’s logistics and warehousing activities. This position supports warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation coordination, billing, customer service, and management decision-making by maintaining database records, improving data quality, preparing regular reports, and analyzing key operational performance indicators.

This is a full-time, ongoing position that provides daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to management and supports continuous improvement of the company’s data and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update operational databases related to shipments, inventory, warehouse activities, transportation, billing, customer records, and service performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness,



consistency, and confidentiality across internal systems and outsourced logistics/warehouse software.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to support management decision-making, operational planning, and business performance review.
- Analyze key performance indicators, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, delivery exceptions, transportation efficiency, warehouse productivity, and customer service trends.
- Use Excel, SQL, BI tools, and data analysis software to extract, clean, organize, and analyze operational data.
- Document reporting requirements, query logic, data sources, results, and recommendations for management and relevant departments.
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, finance, sales, and customer service teams to understand data requirements and ensure timely and accurate data updates.
- Operate database management systems and reporting tools to support data analysis and business reporting.
- Assist with testing system updates, data models, database changes, and reporting workflows.
- Support data migration, system implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives related to company data processes.
- Maintain data management procedures, reporting templates, documentation, and standard operating processes.
- Implement and follow data access controls to help prevent unauthorized access to company data.
- Perform routine data validation, backup verification, record archiving, and database maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with external software vendors when data issues, system errors, or reporting limitations require technical support.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data administration, database support, data analysis, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup formulas, data cleaning, and reporting templates.
- Experience with SQL, database software, BI tools, data analysis software, or Python is an asset.
- Ability to prepare recurring operational reports and explain data trends to management and non-technical staff.
- Robust attention to detail, data accuracy, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced logistics and warehousing environment.
- Experience in data administration within the international warehousing and logistics industry is considered a strong asset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese is an asset.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
