We're looking for a motivated and analytical Data Analyst & Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll transform data into meaningful insights, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities to automate recurring work and apply practical AI or machine learning where it provides explicit business value.

You'll work with multiple teams to collect, analyze, and visualize data while developing reports, dashboards, data pipelines, and automated solutions. You'll be expected to take ownership from initial requirements through development, validation, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.

What You'll Do

- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create interactive dashboards, reports, data pipelines, and automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, and other appropriate tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate trends and insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting, and business processes, with an emphasis on reducing repetitive manual work through automation.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into maintainable analytics solutions and own delivery from requirements gathering through validation, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain reporting standards, technical documentation, data governance practices, and reliable processes for supporting production solutions.
- Evaluate and apply practical AI or machine learning approaches where appropriate, and clearly present findings, limitations,



and recommendations to support informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Strong proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python or a comparable scripting language.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, KPI metrics, data pipelines, and automated workflows.
- Practical experience using APIs, workflow automation tools, and modern AI-assisted analytics or development tools.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while taking ownership of accurate, maintainable solutions from development through production support.
