We are looking for an experienced IT Data Modeler with a robust background in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain. This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise data modeling initiatives supporting insurance operations, analytics, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Models

✅ Develop data models for Policy, Claims, Billing, Customer, Broker, Risk, Coverage, and Reinsurance domains

✅ Build dimensional models (Star & Snowflake Schema) for reporting and analytics

✅ Maintain source-to-target mappings, metadata, and data dictionaries

✅ Support data quality, governance, database optimization, and compliance initiatives

✅ Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Engineering, and Analytics teams

Required Skills

✔ 5+ years of Data Modeling and Database Design experience





✔ 3+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience

✔ Strong knowledge of relational database design and enterprise data structures

✔ Experience with Conceptual, Logical & Physical Data Modeling

✔ ER Modeling and Dimensional Modeling (Star/Snowflake)

✔ Hands-on experience with Snowflake, database normalization, and denormalization

✔ Knowledge of Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Quality

✔ Experience using ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or Visio
