Repair Technician

D.C. Taylor Jewellers is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Assistant Repair Technician to support our repair department and help deliver the elevated experience our clients know and love.

What You’ll Do:

- Perform quality control checks on completed jewelry repairs
- Assist clients with minor in-store services (watch batteries, link removals, small fixes)
- Provide warm, professional customer service
- shipping and receiving
- Communicate clearly with our goldsmith team and store staff.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in jewelry or watch repair is an asset — but full, in-depth in office training is provided. No experience required!
