As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our South Landing facility in Oak Bluff.

Position Summary The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of products to retail customers, restaurants, institutions, and wholesale clients throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the high level of service our customers have come to expect from De Luca's.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate company delivery vehicles.
- Load and unload products accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders to customers throughout Winnipeg and rural Manitoba.
- Verify deliveries against invoices and packing slips.
- Collect signatures and required documentation upon delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Assist in the warehouse with order picking and receiving when required.
- Follow all food safety, workplace safety, and company operating procedures.
- Provide skilled and courteous customer service at every delivery location.




- Handle products carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
- Assist with occasional deliveries outside regular routes when required.

Qualifications
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Previous delivery or commercial driving experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required.
