Duties

- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a clean and safe environment for every patient
- Assist dentists during a variety of procedures including exams, cleanings, orthodontics, and pediatrics treatments
- Take and develop dental X-rays using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology to assist in accurate diagnoses
- Manage patient records with proficiency in dental software, ensuring accurate documentation of treatments and appointments
- Provide excellent customer service as a dental receptionist by greeting patients, scheduling appointments,



and answering queries
- Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions to promote ongoing dental wellness.

Requirements

- Proven experience in dental assisting with familiarity in dental software specially Tracker.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
- Strong organizational skills to manage patient records, appointments, and treatment plans efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
- Certification or training in dental assisting is preferred; ongoing education
