Bitehaus Dental is looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our up-to-date, patient-focused team. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating exceptional patient experiences, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings positivity to the front desk every day.
Schedule
- Tuesdays: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesdays & Fridays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1–2 Saturdays per month: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (closed long weekends)

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to support teammates
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression
- Answer phones and manage incoming inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks
- Help keep the front desk running smoothly and efficiently
