We are looking for a warm, organized, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our growing dental practice in the heart of Newmarket.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with scheduling appointments
- Ability to handle direct billing and insurance-related tasks
Bonus Skills (an asset but NOT required):
- Experience working in the sterilization centre
- Experience working with Tracker
Office Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Types: Full time, Part-time Pay: $25.00-$34.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
