What You'll Be Doing

- Lead complex engineering projects from concept through implementation.
- Provide technical leadership across electrical, PLC, SCADA, software, firmware, and mechanical engineering disciplines.
- Oversee the design and development of VFDs, motor control systems, power conversion equipment,



and industrial automation solutions.
- Drive engineering excellence through DFM, DFX, product lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor engineers while building a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Solutions, Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver innovative customer solutions.

About You

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. A Master's degree in Power Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- P.Eng. designation with EGBC, or close to obtaining registration.
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience involving industrial automation, VFDs, MCCs, switchgear, PLCs, SCADA, or power electronics.
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, DFM, DFX, and product lifecycle management.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor experienced engineers.
