About The Role We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Soucy. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and products used in demanding environments. You will manage projects from concept through to production, ensuring that designs meet technical specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for mechanics.
Essential qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks or CATIA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Resourcefulness, curiosity, and a creative mindset to innovate and improve designs Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of technical and project management tasks, including:
Designing and modeling mechanical systems and components in 3D
Developing new products and enhancing existing designs for improved performance and effectiveness
Managing engineering projects from initial concept to production rollout
Participating in testing phases, technical reviews, and validation processes
Identifying and solving complex technical challenges with innovative solutions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as R&D;, production, and quality assurance
