To continue operating at a high level, meeting our customer’s expectations and provide the very best experience, we’re seeking an experienced or highly motivated, trainable Detailer / Tint & Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our growing team.

As an ideal candidate, you have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with automotive detailing, window tinting, and paint protection film applications. Ultimately, you’re driven by quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will contribute to our dedication to excellent service and customer satisfaction by collaborating with fellow team members and supporting the dealership in delivering high-quality vehicle presentation on a daily basis.

Objectives of this Role:

- Deliver exceptional vehicle detailing and protection services to dealership standards
- Install window tint and paint protection film with precision and consistency
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workspaces and equipment
- Ensure every vehicle is customer-ready and exceeds presentation expectations

Responsibilities:

- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing, polishing, and finishing
- Install automotive window tint and paint protection film (PPF)



on new and used vehicles once trained
- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailing tools, tinting equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Work closely with the sales and service departments to meet vehicle delivery deadlines
- Assist with vehicle lot presentation and general appearance standards when required

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in automotive detailing, tint installation, or PPF application preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
