Pinnacle International is one of Canada's leading builders of luxurious condominium residences, commercial properties, hotels and rental buildings.

We are now seeking an experienced and fast-paced Development Manager to lead our high-rise residential developments in Vancouver. This role oversees all aspects of the development process from land purchase and pre-launch through sell-out, including land planning, market assessments, permits and approvals, rezoning, construction, budgeting and scheduling.

Requirements

- 10 years+ experience and proven success in high rise development with reputable companies.
- Relevant education and qualifications required in BC.
- Existing relationships with municipalities, consultants and local development community.
