Leggat Kia is seeking a Digital Brand Specialist to join our automotive sales team!

Reporting to the General Manager and Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, tech-savvy individual who will manage all incoming digital sales inquiries and deliver an outstanding online customer experience. If you have a sales background and are looking to get into the highly lucrative world of automotive sales, this position is perfect for you!

Compensation: Base salary plus commission with on target earnings of $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Your Role

- Utilizing CRM systems, email, text messaging, phone calls, and online chat platforms to communicate with customers
- Convert online inquiries from potential customers into showroom appointments and vehicle sales




- Manage a portfolio of multiple customers and follow up consistently to keep them engaged
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers as a first point of contact
- Respond quickly to e-leads and guide customers through the sales process
- Maintain strong knowledge of products offered by the dealership and find the right product for customers
- Creating and participating in short customer videos and virtual walkarounds when needed

What You Bring

- OMVIC Certification or ability to acquire
- Drivers' Licence with clean driving record
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Familiar with social media and digital communication tools.
- Experience using CRM systems, email, text messaging, and online chat platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast, professional, and detail-oriented
- Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
- Professional Sales-focused mindset
- Automotive dealership experience is an asset but not required.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
