Summary

Our Calgary-based partner is seeking a Senior Digital Solutions Specialist for a full-time contract opportunity. As a key member of the Innovation Team, you will help accelerate digital transformation through Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.

This role combines hands-on solution delivery with enterprise enablement. The successful candidate will design and build business solutions, coach and support citizen developers, establish governance standards, and drive organization-wide adoption of low-code, automation, and AI capabilities.

Serving as both a technical expert and trusted advisor, you will help employees safely and effectively leverage digital tools while ensuring solutions remain secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and support business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Power BI.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities, translating business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Act as a technical advisor to citizen developers by providing coaching, guidance, and support while promoting best practices in solution design and development.
- Establish, maintain, and evolve governance standards, policies, and controls for low-code development, AI agents, automations, and self-service solutions.
- Develop and deliver training sessions,



workshops, office hours, and enablement programs to increase adoption and strengthen digital capabilities across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize platform environments, security, licensing, monitoring, and application lifecycle management processes.
- Create, maintain, and promote reusable components, templates, standards, and documentation to improve consistency and accelerate solution delivery.
- Monitor platform adoption, solution performance, and business value, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience designing and supporting business applications, automation solutions, or digital workplace technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security controls, application lifecycle management, and solution architecture.
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements from stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced workplace while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
