Key Responsibilities:



• Contribute to strategic planning and organizational performance • Develop and implement Community Impact and Engagement strategies • Lead diverse fundraising initiatives with annual revenue targets • Cultivate relationships with sponsors, donors, and partners • Monitor fundraising performance and key performance indicators

Requirements: • Master’s degree in relevant field preferred • 8-10 years of leadership experience in fundraising • Proven success in securing major gifts • Experience with Boards and community leaders • Asset: CFRE designation
