We are seeking a Director of Product Design, Work & Enterprise to join our Product Design leadership team. This leader will own the vertical products and horizontal services that power how lawyers do legal work (the Practice of Law) as well as the end-to-end experience for our Enterprise customers.

If you are local to one of our hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto), you will be expected to be in office a minimum of twice per week on Anchor Days. We are a Human and High Performing AI company, and while AI helps streamline recruitment, a human always reviews AI-generated output and we never make automated hiring decisions.

Lead Experience Strategy: Define and drive high-impact design strategies across a complex, multi-product portfolio, translating "North Star" visions for highly technical end users into pragmatic roadmaps that consider emerging market forces, nascent mental models, and longer-term business growth.

Platform-Level Systems Thinking: Manage platform-wide patterns and cross-cutting workflows (e.g., Institutionalize Design Quality: Contribute to and implement mechanisms for assessing, measuring, and scaling design quality, maintaining a high bar for craftsmanship across complex B2B data structures and multi-user environments. Build and mentor a world-class design organization by investing in coaching,



career development, and recruitment of top-tier talent capable of navigating enterprise-grade architectural challenges. Influence product strategy at the highest levels by aligning customer-centric research with business goals, ensuring the platform remains resilient and intuitive as it scales into new enterprise markets.

Evidence applying AI to transform design craft as well as the design of user-centered AI experiences, innovating across surfaces and interaction models.

Experience with 1-to-100 product evolution and product-led growth initiatives that establish emerging mental models and shape evolving value propositions. Customer-centricity to the core, weaving customer stories and evidence into strategies, design work, and storytelling from deep customer understanding. Deep Enterprise B2B experience crafting experiences for highly technical end users across a multi-stack technology platform.

Established track record of building and leading design efforts across surfaces from setting strategies to delivering design solutions across touchpoints. Business acumen to connect design strategy to business value. Ability to create scalable solutions aligned with short- and long-term customer and business goals.
