Lead the creation of Juice Dudez's first production facility from the ground up.

Juice Dudez is one of Canada's fastest-growing fresh food brands. Known for our premium smoothies, juices, desserts and innovative products, we're now taking the next big step—building our own manufacturing facility.

We're looking for an experienced food manufacturing leader to build, launch and lead our production operation from the ground up.

What You'll Do

- Lead the setup, launch and day-to-day operation of our new manufacturing facility.
- Design efficient production workflows and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement SOPs across all production activities.
- Recruit, train and lead the production team.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and all food safety requirements.
- Build quality control systems that deliver consistent, premium products.
- Manage production planning, scheduling and inventory.
- Optimize labour efficiency, yields and manufacturing costs.
- Oversee equipment commissioning, maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
- Work closely with our founders and R&D; team to successfully commercialize new products.
- Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare the facility for future certifications and audits.
- Build a manufacturing operation capable of supporting Juice Dudez's expansion across Canada.

What We're Looking For Required





- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing.
- Experience in desserts, frozen foods, dairy, bakery, confectionery, beverages or similar food manufacturing environments.
- Solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety systems.
- Experience creating SOPs and production systems.
- Proven experience leading and developing manufacturing teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred

- Experience launching or expanding a food manufacturing facility.
- Experience with frozen desserts, fruit processing or premium food products.
- Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.
- Food Science, Food Engineering or related education.
- Experience working with automated or semi-automated production equipment.
