Tridel has been building homes in Toronto since 1934. More than 90,000 of them. Still family owned, still private, and continuing to invest in the People and Culture infrastructure that will carry the next chapter. This role is instrumental in that work.

THE PORTFOLIO

Compensation, perks, pension, payroll and HR technology for approximately 1,400 employees, delivered as a shared service across the Group.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

▪ Lead the Dayforce configuration and bring position management to life, with genuine scope to shape how the platform serves the business.

▪ Deliver a benefits carrier transition.

The provider is selected and the runway is yours.

▪ Design and launch an RRSP,

a lasting addition to the employee offering.

▪ Complete the job architecture,

extending the framework already in place across the remaining business.





▪ Modernize the operation,

replacing manual process with automation.
