Reporting to the Chef, the Dishwasher / Kitchen Support role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of dishware, kitchen equipment and work areas, while providing additional kitchen support as required. This position plays an important role in helping our kitchen team deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday – 4:00 PM to Close
Saturday – 5:00 PM to Close
Responsibilities include:
- Washing and properly storing all dishware, flatware, glassware and smallwares
- Maintaining a clean, organized and efficient dishwashing and ware-washing area
- Cleaning and maintaining dishwashing equipment
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen work areas, including sweeping and mopping floors and wiping walls and vertical surfaces
- Assisting with the washing, cleaning and preparation of food ingredients
- Assisting on the cold station during service as required
- Completing assigned cleaning and kitchen-support duties within established timeframes
- Maintaining Caesar’s standards for cleanliness, organization and food safety
