Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
- Properly cleaning and sanitizing plate ware and dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage and handling of food items.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure proper duties are completed regularly and in timely manners.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.

Qualifications:

- 0-1 years of experience as a dishwasher in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or similar setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on contributing to a positive kitchen environment.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality.
- Passion for the culinary arts and a desire to grow within the organization.
