Browns Moving is looking for a highly organized, quick-thinking Moving Operations Coordinator / Dispatcher to become the central hub of our daily moving operations.

Role Responsibilities:

- Scheduling and dispatching moving crews and trucks
- Coordinating daily routes, job times and crew assignments
- Communicating with drivers and crews throughout the day
- Keeping track of where trucks and crews are and what is happening on each job
- Adjusting schedules when jobs run longer or shorter than expected
- Handling last-minute changes, delays and unexpected problems
- Communicating with customers when schedules change
- Monitoring job progress and making decisions based on real-time information
- Reviewing upcoming jobs to ensure crews, trucks, equipment and information are properly prepared
- Making sure crews have accurate job details before heading out
- Keeping detailed and accurate records




- Following up on outstanding information, paperwork and customer details
- Identifying potential scheduling problems before they become actual problems
- Coordinating with management when a situation requires escalation
- Helping keep the entire operation running efficiently from the first move of the day to the last truck returning

We're looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented and adaptable. Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, moving, scheduling, operations or customer coordination is an asset. However, we're more interested in how you think than what your previous job title was.

Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
