- Ensure regular monitoring of operations, deliveries, and pickups via the computer system in order to have real-time status updates of drivers’ actions in the field
- Update various pieces of information in the computer system (TruckMate and Isaac)
- Effectively manage unexpected operational issues
- Communicate smoothly with drivers and clients
- Collaborate with various operational departments
- Perform any other related task

- Schedule : Sunday to Thursday. Sunday 8pm to 6.30am. Monday to Thursday 10pm to 6.30am.
- Diploma in Logistics or Operations or equivalent experience;
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Dispatching LTL Freights;
- Knowledge in Truckmate and Isaac;
- Strong organizational skills and multitask;
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively;
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions;
- Strong logicial skills and making sure the freights are moving constantly;
- Knowledge of Road Transportation laws and regulations (Bill 430);
