District Sales Representative Reports to: District Sales Manager

Summary: This position will be responsible for uncovering and securing new opportunities and business in the Central Ontario Region.

Responsibilities

- Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential
- Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts
- Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan
- Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them
- Segmentation of different applications versus clientele
- Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments
- Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction




- Timely completion of all sales administration

Minimum Requirements

- Technical Degree, Master's or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
- MS Office, CRM tools, SharePoint, Business Object
- 5 years relevant experience
- Specific knowledge in automation, electrical, electronic, or pneumatic
- Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster
