As a Dock Foreman, you will ensure the smooth transfer of goods from their point of origin to their final destination, while earning a salary between $65 036 and $80 338 / year with an annual salary review.

When you join the team of JERRY_TODD ARIGANELLO - Operation Supervisor, you’ll enjoy a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday for 5 am to 2pm and your Quart de Jour will look like:

- Supervise, coordinate, and plan warehousemen activities
- Coordinate positioning, loading, and unloading of trailers
- Draft reports and ensure the efficiency and profitability of operations while dealing with cases of loss and/or surplus in real-time
- Participate in implementing loading and unloading procedures, compliant with appropriate transportation documents, and ensure that these are respected
- Use IT programs designed to carry out work (Truckmate and Connected Dock)
- Promote workplace HACCP health and safety standards (according to terminal) and ensure that these are respected
- Ensure that dock cleanliness is respected
- Train and coach collaborators in your department
- Provide an end-of-quarter report to the following managers
- Perform all other related tasks

Interested? If you meet the requirements below, feel free to apply!
- 2 to 5 years of experience on a Dock in a transportation company
- Strong experience in Fork lift and pallet jack;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Experiences with Reefer Van (asset);
- Experiences with HACCP norms (asset)
- Experience with the Cold Chain and perishable goods (asset)
- Good communicator both orally and in writing;
- Good management of priorities;
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions;
