Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to a variety of pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the grooming process. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed.

Duties

- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for dogs and cats of various breeds.
- Assess each pet's grooming needs and communicate effectively with pet owners about services provided.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Handle pets safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort during the grooming process.




- Keep accurate records of services performed and any special notes regarding each pet's behavior or health.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting as required when handling larger pets.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care and well-being.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
