Job Overview

We are seeking a Driver with Cleaning experience to lead our cleaning team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our job sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, punctual, and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate company cargo van to transport cleaning supplies, equipment, and team members between sites or designated locations (in and around the GTA)
- Lead and manage a cleaning crew on various job sites
- Perform a range of cleaning duties, demonstrating strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, and equipment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of previous custodial experience with a solid understanding of post construction cleaning procedures.
- Valid G Class Driver’s License (Full G)
- Must know how to perform a range of cleaning duties, including:
- Window washing using a squeegee and applicator
- Floor cleaning and maintenance, including use of a floor scrub machine




- Carpet cleaning using steam cleaner and shampooer
- Familiarity with the City of Toronto and surrounding areas
- Ability and willingness to travel outside the GTA when required
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts
- Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during cleaning or maintenance tasks.
