In this role, you will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing drywall in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Duties

- Measure, cut, hang, and secure drywall panels according to project specifications and blueprints
- Finish drywall joints with taping, mudding, sanding, and applying texture for a smooth surface ready for painting or finishing
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans
- Perform caulking around seams and fixtures to ensure airtight and water-resistant finishes
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installations with precision
- Assist with construction painting and touch-ups to achieve desired aesthetic results




- Conduct minor carpentry tasks such as framing or patching drywall as needed for repairs or modifications
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and disposing of debris regularly

Qualifications

- Prior construction experience with drywall installation or related trades preferred
- Knowledge of construction painting, caulking, carpentry, and handyman skills is highly desirable
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment operation
