We are currently hiring experienced Drywall Installers to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience installing drywall and be comfortable working with construction tools in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets according to project requirements
- Secure drywall to walls and ceilings using appropriate tools and fasteners
- Read measurements, drawings, and basic construction plans
- Apply drywall tape, joint compound, and caulking as required
- Assist with framing, insulation, and finishing when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work closely with other trades and construction team members
Requirements
- Previous drywall installation or construction experience
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately measure and cut materials
- Knowledge of drywall finishing and taping is an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting drywall sheets
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
