Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Duct Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and efficient air duct systems in residential settings. Responsibilities

- Use hand tools and power tools to thoroughly clean residential duct systems, with a focus on new home builders ( 80% new homes, balance occupied homes and assisting in commercial work)
- Conduct commercial cleaning procedures to remove dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants from ductwork under the supervision of the lead commercail tech.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain services performed and address any questions or concerns
- Manage your time efficiently to complete multiple projects within scheduled deadlines




- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members

Experience

- A minimum of 1-2 years residential duct cleaning experience.
- Familiarity with hand tools, duct cleaning tools, duct cleaning trucks and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Experience working with HVAC systems or in a related technical field is a plus.
- Demonstrated reliability in performing detailed cleaning tasks with precision and care
