Your Role

This is a unique position that combines professional driving with yard operations.

As our DZ Driver / Yard Coordinator,



you'll help ensure our crews have everything they need to succeed each day while keeping our fleet, equipment, and yard organized, clean, and operating efficiently.

No two days are exactly the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and staying active.

Key Responsibilities

DZ Driver

- Safely operate a DZ-class hook lift truck and other company vehicles.
- Deliver and retrieve disposal bins, landscape materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Complete vehicle inspections, logbooks, and required documentation.
- Maintain excellent communication with supervisors regarding deliveries and schedules.
- Follow all Ministry of Transportation regulations and company safety standards.
- Assist field crews when required.

Yard Coordinator

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard, shop, and storage facilities.
- Coordinate the daily staging of materials, tools, and equipment for field crews.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and store deliveries and inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Clean, wash, grease, and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment that is not currently in service to keep it clean, reliable, and job-ready.
- Inspect equipment for wear, leaks,



or damage and report maintenance requirements.
- Organize trailers, attachments, storage containers, and equipment yards.
- Support general property maintenance, seasonal cleanup, and snow removal when required.
- Help maintain a professional yard that reflects the quality of our company.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Holds a valid Class DZ Driver's Licence with Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
- Has at least 3 years of commercial driving experience.
- Has a clean driver's abstract.
- Is organized, dependable, and takes ownership of their work.
- Works safely and communicates well with others.
- Enjoys keeping equipment and workspaces clean and organized.
- Can lift and move materials up to 80 lbs.
- Has reliable transportation to and from our yard.
