Overview The Early Childhood Assistant - Supply position plays a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of young children in a nurturing environment. Duties

- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide care and supervision for children during classroom activities, playtime, and meals.
- Support the individual needs of children, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive environment.
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom setting conducive to learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.




- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.

Experience

- Previous experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace are essential.
