Are you passionate about supporting young children as they learn, grow, and thrive? Kids & Company is currently seeking two Full-Time Toddler Educators and On-Call Supply Early Childhood Educators to join our St. Albert - Grandin team.

Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of an Emergent Curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children.
- Foster children's emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Complete daily documentation, health checks, and classroom records.
- Maintain licensing, health, and safety standards.
- Support daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with families and external professionals, including Speech and Occupational Therapists.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality care and education.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings as required.

Qualifications





- Valid Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification.
- Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B.
- Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 3 months).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented.
- Experience working with toddlers is considered an asset for Toddler Educator positions.
- Ability to lift and/or support up to 45 lbs.
