Job Summary

We are looking for passionate Early Childhood Educators (ECE) to join our dynamic, diverse and multicultural team at Summit Kids Holy Spirit Campus (200 Fireside Dr, Cochrane, AB T4C 2L6).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, creating a positive foundation for their developmental growth. This role involves designing age-appropriate activities, supporting children's social and emotional development, and encouraging curiosity and learning through play. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working in a collaborative and supportive team setting.

Responsibilities

- Create safe, happy, and fun learning environment for our children

- Engage & build positive & respectful relationships with our staff, families and the community by creating trust and always acting with integrity.
- Ensure that the center facilities are always safe for our children and help the Campus Lead to strictly comply to licensing standards at all times
- Act with compassion while upholding Summit Kids policies and standards.

Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid Alberta ECE Level 1/ Level 2/ Level 3 Certificate.
- Comfortable commuting to 200 Fireside Dr,



Cochrane, AB T4C 2L6, for split shifts, as required by the business.
- Explicit & Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector obtained within the last 6 months.
- Valid Standard First Aid with CPR Level B or C Certification.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with our multicultural family at Summit.
