Job Overview

Lil Saints Early Learning Center is seeking Early Childcare Educators (levels 1, 2, and 3) for various positions in a new faith-based, family-oriented Early Learning Center.

This role is ideal for an educator who loves children, believes in play-based learning, and feels called to support young children's growth academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. This is a full-time position, with competitive salary, vacation pay, and benefits.

Pay ranges from $17.50-$20.50 (plus government top-up) based on experience and certification level.

Responsibilities

- Plan and implement engaging, play-based, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Lead daily classroom programming including free play, centers, large group, music, stories, and gross motor activities
- Model and teach Bible-based principles through devotions, stories, and everyday interactions
- Observe, document, and support each child's development and learning
- Create and maintain safe,



inspiring classroom environments
- Provide loving, consistent guidance that supports children's problem-solving and social development
- Communicate regularly with families through Brightwheel, photos, calendars, and meetings
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom setups
- Plan and participate in special events, celebrations, and field trips
- Maintain classroom records, documentation, and administrative requirements
- Ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization

Requirements

- Early Childhood Education diploma/degree or equivalent certification (Level 1, 2 or 3 required)
- Experience working in an early learning or childcare environment
- Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a classroom and work collaboratively with a team
- Transparent vulnerable sector check and required childcare certifications
- Committed Christians, dedicated to spiritual growth and willing to uphold Saints Church's vision, values, and statement of faith
- Warm, nurturing, patient, dependable personality

Preferred

- Previous experience as a Lead Teacher or Room Supervisor
- Experience using Brightwheel, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting diverse learning needs
