Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our team in Ottawa. This role is vital in overseeing our installation projects, ensuring quality work, and maintaining our reputation for excellence. As a Crew Leader, you will play a key role in upholding our company's mission of delivering top-tier service to our valued customers. We have fun while working hard. We spend quality time together as a team both on and off the job site.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise installation crews to ensure productive and high-quality work.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety standards and quality control.
- Be well presented in regard to clothing and personal grooming at all times and wear the allocated BJSE uniform as directed.
- Communicate with clients to explain project progress and address concerns.
- Be polite, courteous and friendly at all times and refrain from bad language and excessive noise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.




- Ensure that tools belonging to Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavestroughs are maintained in good working order so you can produce quality work (Including all Machinery).
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications;

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Be able to follow systems and processes to ensure the highest quality of work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- No criminal convictions.
- Attention to detail
- Team Player
- Well-presented and articulate

Benificial Qualifications;

- 5 years construction experience
- Naturally shows initiative and is solution focused
- Experienced with both residential and commercial maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of technology to input data into job management software
