Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of electric bikes to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform repairs and maintenance using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal bike performance.
- Replace or repair batteries, motors, controllers, brakes, gears, and other components as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service history for each bike.
- Test ride bikes after repairs to verify functionality and safety standards are met.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and provide guidance on proper bike care.
- Keep the work area organized, clean,



and stocked with necessary tools and parts to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

- Solid mechanical knowledge with experience working on bicycles or similar machinery.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and socket sets.
- Experience operating power tools safely and effectively in repair environments.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and components specific to electric bikes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in bike repair shops or technical training related to electric vehicles is preferred but not required.
