Overview For over 30 years, we have been a licensed Civil Enforcement Agency serving clients across Alberta. We are committed to delivering qualified, responsive service and helping our clients achieve successful outcomes.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enforcement and Recovery Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing files, communicating with clients and other stakeholders, conducting research, preparing documentation, and helping move files toward resolution. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Training will be provided on the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned files and ensure timely follow-up
- Communicate with clients, debtors, and third-party service providers by phone and email
- Review information and determine appropriate next steps
- Conduct searches and gather information as required
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation
- Maintain accurate records and file notes
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with company procedures and legislative requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve successful outcomes for clients
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must be bondable
- Security clearance and credit check required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in collections, legal services, civil enforcement, banking, finance, auction/liquidation sales, or administration
- Experience with Netsuite, APPRES, Microsoft or similar software
